Shipping Policy

Vernacia is a digital document-translation service — you upload a file, choose your source and target languages, and receive a translated version through your account. As such, no physical products are shipped. Everything Vernacia delivers is digital.

Access to a paid plan is granted immediately upon successful payment — page-translation credits are added to your account instantly, with no manual provisioning step. The same applies to one-time credit top-ups. If you start on the 7-day free trial, no payment is required and access begins as soon as you register and verify your email.

Once you submit a document for translation, it is processed by our translation pipeline and made available for download from your project dashboard when the job completes. Most jobs finish within a few minutes; larger or more complex documents (long decks, large spreadsheets, many pages) can take longer. Every job has a maximum processing window — if a job doesn't complete within that time, it is marked failed and any credits used are refunded automatically, so you're never charged for a job that didn't deliver.

You'll see live status on the job's progress in your dashboard, and the translated file is available to download the moment the job is marked complete — there is no separate shipping or fulfillment step beyond that.
